Please hold the Vol- button of your Soundbar for 5 seconds under Sleep mode to get the firmware version.  If the firmware update is not completed as the DSP code is 00, please try these steps to update the firmware:

1. Unplug the power cable and replug it again.

2. Press the power button to turn on the Soundbar.

3. Hold the EQ and Volume- buttons at the same time for 5s.

4. Plug in the aux cable in your Soundbar (the Aux cable is included in the package). Please finish the above steps in one minute, otherwise, we have to do it from the start.

5. During the upgrade, the LED displays DSP UP, and the upgrade progress is displayed from 0-100.

6. When the upgrade progress shows 100, the LED displays "UP OK", and the upgrade is successful.
