In the design, manufacturing and factory inspection, we have made multiple optimizations and protections for the leakage risks of water cooling systems:
Reduce connection points and reduce risk sources
The risk of liquid leakage is mainly concentrated at the connection of water pipes. We designed the pump as a built-in structure, reducing the connection of an external water pipe and reducing potential leak points from the source.
Strengthening seal and pulling strength
At the water pipe connection, we have added a metal sleeve compression structure and increased the pulling strength of the water pipe to above 30kgf to ensure that it is stable and not loose during long-term operation or handling.
At the same time, a braided mesh protective layer is added to the outer layer of the pipe wall to effectively prevent foreign objects from scratching or wearing the water pipe, further improving the safety of use.
Strict factory testing
Each water cooling system has undergone
·airtight testing
·2 hours high temperature aging test
·The whole machine is also subject to aging test
Screen and eliminate products that may have potential liquid leakage during the production process to ensure that every device delivered to users meets our safety and quality standards.
Through structural optimization + strengthening seal + pipe wall protection + strict testing, we have greatly reduced the risk of liquid leakage in the water-cooled system and ensured the safety and stability of the long-term operation of the equipment.
