How Do I Fix a Distorted Image on Capsule 3 Laser?
First, try activating auto or manual keystone correction. It can adjust the image ±40° both horizontally and vertically. Follow these steps:
Activate Auto Keystone by selecting Settings > Projector Settings > Image Correction > Auto Keystone Correction At Startup / Auto Keystone Correction After Movement.
Slightly move the device or press the remote's focus button to trigger autofocus and auto keystone correction. If necessary, you can press the up / down / left / right buttons to manually adjust the keystone when the keystone symbol appears.
Adjust the projection angle and direction to begin auto keystone correction.
Update Capsule 3 Laser to the latest firmware by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update > Check for update.
Restart the projector by going to Settings > Device Preferences > Restart.
