Regarding IMAX Enhanced, we really don't support it. IMAX Enhanced is just a certification after testing brightness, contrast and colorimetry, and there is no additional enhancement that will affect the actual performance. We have been certified by ISF, dolby vision, and TUV, and have more rigorous and complete testing. (IMAX is characterized by a larger frame size for IMAX sources, and in the U.S., IMAX video can be played even if it is not IMAX Enhanced certified).
Meanwhile, the Nebula Master 2.0 image engine is already equipped with professional cinema-grade capabilities:
ISF-certified calibration ensures that the grayscale and color accuracy meets professional standards;
HDR AI Tone Mapping algorithm adjusts HDR curves in real time through the ToF sensor, light detection, and TMR optical sensing to keep the brightness and contrast consistent in different environments;
The X1Pro achieves a color deviation value of ΔE ≤ 0.8, ensuring that the colors on the screen are true to life and free of distortion.
The combination of these technologies allows HDR and Dolby Vision movies to fully retain the original picture information and dynamic performance, even without the integration of the IMAX Enhanced protocol.
In addition, Nebula's dimming system combines Dynamic Contrast Ratio and Auto Iris Control, which intelligently adjusts brightness based on ambient light levels and source content to maintain rich gradation and accurate grayscale performance across a wide range of screens and environments, while enhancing overall picture quality stability with HDR AI Tone Mapping.
