If you are experiencing issues with your X10 Pro Omni not wetting the floor properly during the mopping process, there are several potential reasons and solutions to consider. Here's what you can do to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the water level in the clean water tank.
Ensure that the clean water tank in the Omni Station has sufficient water. If the water level is low, simply refill the tank with clean water to make sure that the robotic vacuum cleaner is able to effectively mop the floor.
- Inspect the mopping pads.
The mopping pads will become worn out when used over an extended time period, which can prevent the mopping pads from becoming fully saturated after washing. If you notice significant wear or if the cloth isn't getting wet enough, it's time to replace the mopping pads with new ones.
- Take room size into consideration.
If you set the auto-mop washing frequency by room and you have a single room or area larger than 20 square meters, the mopping pads may not be able to adequately cover the entire area on a single run. In such cases, it is highly recommended to select the time-based auto-mop washing frequency to ensure that the mopping pads are able to mop the floor with sufficient water.
By following these troubleshooting steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and have a clean, spotless floor!
