Q: Why does scanning keep failing?
A:Scanning issues usually come down to a few common culprits. Let's check them off:
1. Is the projection covering the whole wall? The grid lines should wrap the entire target area
2. Is the room dark enough? Scan after sunset with all indoor lights off
3. Is the wall too reflective? Mirrors and glass won't work
4. Did anything move during the scan? Even a small bump can throw things off
5. Is the HDMI cable secure? Unplug and replug to be sure
6. Is your SpaceFlow online? Check the app for "Online" status
7. Is the projector on the right HDMI input? And is the lens cover open?
Bonus tip: Pure white walls can be tricky — walls with some texture work better!
