Q: When using a Mesh Wi-Fi system, the app says my phone and device are on different networks. What should I do?

A:Mesh Wi-Fi systems can sometimes trick your devices into thinking they're on different networks. Here's how to fix it:

1. Turn off AP/Client Isolation — find this in your router's admin settings and disable it

2. Connect to the same Wi-Fi name (SSID) — both your phone and SpaceFlow need to be on the exact same network. If your Mesh has separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz names, connect both to the same one

3. Disable device isolation — some routers block devices from talking to each other

4. Last resort: use your phone's hotspot instead
