Q: What should I do if a firmware update fails?

A:No panic — here's what to do based on the type of failure:

 

1. Download failure: Check your internet connection and retry

  • Make sure your phone and SpaceFlow are on the same Wi-Fi

  • Try a different Wi-Fi if needed (both devices must be on the same one)

  • Try setting your router's DNS to dynamic (DHCP) instead of static

2. Signature verification failure: Re-download the firmware package

3. Installation failure: Your SpaceFlow stays on the current version and is completely safe — just retry
