What if I Cannot Mirror or Stream Videos from iOS devices to an Android TV Projector?

If your Nebula projector is running an Android TV system, and there is an issue when trying to mirror or stream videos from iOS devices to an Android TV projector, please try these steps:

  1. Make sure you've followed the instructions to mirror or stream videos.
  2. Make sure you've installed the Nebula Cast app on your projector to enable Airplay.
  3. Make sure your phone and the projector are on the same network. Connect your phone and the projector to another WiFi or your phone's hotspot.
  4. Update your Nebula's firmware to the latest version by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update.
  5. Reset the projector by going to Settings > Device Preferences > Reset.
