If there is a bright spot on your Nebula projector, perform the following steps: 

1. Play different videos to see if the bright spot remains.
2. Project the Nebula to another white wall to see if the spot disappears.

If you still see a bright spot, please contact us and include a picture that shows the white spot in the projection and mention that you tried the recommended steps. This will help us provide you a solution much faster.
