What should I do if the signal of the 4G card is very weak?
Does the SIM card need to be activated before use?
The SIM card that comes with HomeBase Professional S1 can apply the 4G network. This SIM card requires no activation steps — simply insert it, and it’s ready to use.
Note:HomeBase Professional S1 can only work with the SIM card from its package.
What should I do if the signal of the 4G card is very weak?
1. Please confirm whether the network signal in your area is normal. If you'd like to check, you can observe the signal bar on your phone.
2. Try moving the HomeBase Professional to a different location to find the best signal position. Avoid signal interference sources, like metals, nearby.
3. If you are using the SIM card, you can try switching to a different network carrier (among AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon).
4G card Goes Offline
If the 4G card is offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Please ensure that the SIM card has data. You can monitor data remaining in the Data Manager. Click on "Recharge Now" and purchase a data package to refill your 4G data.

Make sure Homebase Professional S1 is powered.

Press and release the SYNC button to verify that Homebase Professional has been turned off. If the LED indicator light does not light up, restart the Homebase in the app (Device Tab > Homebase Professional > Gear icon on top right corner> Restart Device) or manually press and hold the SYNC button for 10 seconds to turn off the Homebase, then hold the SYNC button until you hear a beep to reboot the HomeBase.
Does the SIM card need to be activated before use?
The SIM card can be used without activation, and it comes with free data for the first use. We recommend setting up your device and topping up to ensure normal usage.
