1. Go to your SpaceFlow detail page in the app

2. Tap the SN serial number 7 times consecutively (yes, seven!)

3. The system automatically uploads the last 7 days of app and device logs

4. Wait for the success notification before closing the app

 

Pro tip: You'll feel like a hacker tapping 7 times — but it works!
