How do I add eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt to my eufy App?

An Indoor Camera is a security device designed to monitor the interior of a home or business, providing real-time video surveillance and recordings. These cameras are commonly used for home security, pet monitoring, baby monitoring, and general indoor surveillance.

It features high-definition video (2K), night vision, two-way audio, motion detection, and AI-based person detection

 


 

Before Getting Started

Before installing the eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt, you should register your eufy account and install HomeBase Professional S1 according to the instructions.

Step 1: Log in to your eufy Account

  1. Open the eufy App on your phone.

Step 2: Add eufy Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt

  1. On the app’s main screen, tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner.     

  2. Select “Wired Camera” under the Security section, choose Indoor Cam 2K Pan & Tilt and the designated home (where your HomeBase Professional S1 is).  

Step 3: Make sure the power supply is on and wait for the device to be ready

Step 4: Scan the QR Code or Enter the Serial Number

  1. On the device setup page, scan the QR code located on the bottom of the Camera. Or you can manually enter the 16-digit Serial Number (SN)  (Each Eufy Security device has a unique serial number for account binding). 

Step 5: Device Binding and Syncing

  1. Select the HomeBase Professional S1 station

  2. Press the sync button on the back of the camera for 2 seconds until the camera emits a 'beep' sound. This means the camera is connecting to your phone via Bluetooth.

  3. Select the 2.4GHz wifi (make sure your cellphone, HomeBase Professional S1, and camera are under the same network). If the connection is successful, it will display Camera is added successfully.

Step 6: Connecting base station and indoor camera

  1. Bind the camera to the HomeBase Professional that was provisioned.

  2. The camera will be paired.

 


 

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Why does the indoor camera fail to connect to the base station?

    1. Keep your Homebase connected to the network during the whole setup process

    2. Keep your Indoor Cam Pan & Tilt close to the HomeBase.
