An Indoor Siren is a loud, alarm-triggering device designed to enhance security systems by providing audible alerts in case of emergencies. It works by emitting a high-decibel sound when activated by motion sensors, door/window sensors, or panic buttons, deterring intruders and alerting occupants.
Before Getting Started
Before installing the Indoor Siren E20, you should register your eufy account and install HomeBase Professional S1 according to the instructions.
Add Motion sensor to your eufy APP
Step 1: Log in to Your eufy Account

Open the eufy App on your phone.

Log in your eufy account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one by following the registration process.
Step 2: Add Indoor Siren E20

On the app’s main screen, tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner.

Select “Alarm System” under the Security section, choose Indoor Siren E20 and the designated home (where your HomeBase Professional S1 is at) .
Step 3: Connecting Indoor Siren E20 to HomeBase Professional S1

Add the Motion sensor under the designated home (where your HomeBase Professional S1 is at).

Select the HomeBase Professional S1 that was previously provisioned.
Step 4: Pair the Indoor Siren E20

Make sure the Indoor Siren E20 is powered, then press the 'sync' button for 2 seconds. Expect the LED to flash blue.

After pairing is successful, you can set the device name.
Install and Test Indoor Siren E20
Step 1: Choose a preferred installation method

After pairing is successful, click "Next" and you will see the installation notes.

We provide three ways of fixing: adhesive, screws and on the desk. You can check the installation tutorial in the installation guide on the APP.
Step 2: Test whether the Indoor Siren E20 is working properly

After the installation is complete, you need to test whether you can hear the sound of the Indoor Siren E20 and receive the event. Next, you can choose your preferred volume: low (60 dB/10cm), medium (85 dB/10cm), or high (default 110 dB/10cm).

Why doesn't the LED blink?

Try to press the SYNC button longer until the LED blinks.

Please check whether the power adapter interface and the device interface are tightly plugged in, or whether the power socket has power.
