Q: Bluetooth suddenly disconnects during use. What should I do?
A:Bluetooth dropouts can be frustrating. Here's how to fix them:
1. Check the distance — keep your phone within 5 meters of your SpaceFlow
2. Toggle Bluetooth — turn it off and back on, then reconnect
3. Android users: some phones (like Samsung Galaxy) need Nebula Connect's battery set to "Unrestricted" to prevent the system from killing Bluetooth in the background (Settings → Battery → Background usage limits → Nebula Connect → Unrestricted)
4. Restart your SpaceFlow and reconnect
