If the 4G Starlight Camera fails to detect motion, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
1. Check if Motion Detection is enabled in your camera settings. (Devices tab > "..." Icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection).
2. Check if the area you want to detect is within the camera's field of view (less than 26ft/8m). Please refer to “4G Starlight Camera Installation Guide ”
3. Test Motion Detection in your app by going to Devices tab > "..." Icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
4. Turn up the sensitivity level of the camera. (Devices tab > "..." Icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection).
5. Check if Video Recording and Push Notifications are enabled in the security mode you have selected by going to Security > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Video Recording and Push Notifications.
6. Remove the camera from your eufy Security app, then add it again.
